Meinir Gwilym burst on the Welsh scene back in 2002 with the release of her début album Smôcs, Coffi a Fodca Rhad. The Young Meinir soon established herself one of the leading artist on the Welsh scene. She has also carved a career for herself as a television presenter and recently became one of the four members of the group Pedair. She release her seventh album Caneuon Ty’n Yr Hendy in 2023.
