- There will be a 15% discount for hiring at least 2 rooms for the same period at a time (except for the reduced rate)
- It is possible to come to other terms if hiring for a period longer than 7 hours, or hiring regularly
It will be necessary to confirm the hire by sending an email to rheolwr@tysiamas.cymru stating who the invoice should be addressed to and any order number if relevant
- Any arrangements that are canceled within 72 hours will have to pay in full
- Invoices to be paid within 7 days please. If you wish to pay the invoice directly to the bank, relevant details will be provided on the invoice.
- Tea/coffee/biscuits can be provided for £2.00/head (with advance notice)
